Ally Training: How to Show Up For Black People When You Are Not Black

Black Mothers In Power works with a racial and gender equity consulting firm that uses design thinking strategies to create actionable items that can be used to combat systemic and cultural barriers.

We understand that the "Black community" is not monolithic and diversity persists within the Black community, however, this training is to address and identify common barriers to working collectively with Black communities throughout various sectors and to a build better, more inclusive network of individuals seeking to eradicate institutionalized racism.
