Black babies in Delaware are dying at much higher rate. How this grassroots group is helping.

Delaware's Black infant mortality rate is three times higher than the white infant mortality rate at 11.6 deaths per 1,000 births. In Kent County, the mortality rate for white babies decreased by 43%, but increased by 77% for Black babies.
