DE AG Kathy Jennings Announces Helpline for Abortion Questions

Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings reminds us that even after the United States Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization overruling Roe v. Wade, abortion is legal in Delaware. The Attorney General, with the assistance of major Delaware law firms and partner stakeholders including SDARJ, DE ACLU, Women’s March Sussex, Delaware NOW and Black Mothers in Power, has created an abortion hotline.
